Cancellation Policy

At The Coil Cave, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all guests and allow us to manage bookings effectively, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments, reservations, and event bookings. Standard Reservations Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment or event will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at management’s discretion. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Late Arrivals Guests arriving late may have their session shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Weather & Emergency Exceptions In cases of severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, The Coil Cave may offer rescheduling or account credit at our discretion.
